After you have placed your order we will send you an order acknowledgement by email. This does not mean you are order is completed. We will contact you to confirm stock, delivery time and arrange payment. After your payment has been received and cleared, we will process your order. The goods will then be dispatched to our representative in Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania. We use a 3rd part company for shipping & clearance, so will not be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which cause the delay or failure to deliver the goods on time expected, or to comply with any other obligation, however, we will work hard to resolve any issues raised.
We deliver all orders in our stock FREE to our representative in Dar-Es-Salaam. Delivery to your home address will incur a charge that will depend on the distance to your address. You can also arrange a collection of your order from Dar to wherever you are.

Whether products have been used for personal or business purposes, UK-TZ.com does not, by law guarantee the product quality or performances, but we will do our best to resolve any issues you have with the product and, we will involve the manufacturer to deal with the failure of their products.
Returning goods to us:
Returns are accepted for an exchange or a refund. We are not in a position to re-sale things that have been returned which means all returns must be sent at the customer's cost back to the UK. Please use a reliable and trackable service for your return. Our shipping company can return items back to the UK for Tshs 38,000 per 1kg. To arrange this, please contact 065 897 85 89 and we will be happy to help. Returned items must be unused with original packaging with all tags still attached. You must contact us to inform us of your return.
You have 7 days from the receipt of your order in which to return any item to us. It's important that must have not been used, must be in their original condition and return with original packaging with all the tags in original places. All returns are at your own cost. We advise using recorded delivery and insurance as we will not be liable for lost or damaged items on transit to us. Once we have received your returned goods, we will refund the money you paid for the items bought fewer delivery charges if any. You will receive your payment using the same method by which you paid for them.
