After you have placed your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement by email. This does not mean you are order is completed. We will contact you to confirm the stock and delivery time and arrange payment. After your payment has been received and cleared, we will process your order. The goods will then be dispatched to our representative in Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania. We use a 3rd part company for shipping & clearance, so will not be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control which cause the delay or failure to deliver the goods on time expected or to comply with any other obligation; however, we will work hard to resolve any issues raised.
We deliver all orders in our stock FREE to our representative in Dar-Es-Salaam. Delivery to your home address will incur a charge that will depend on the distance to your address. You can also arrange a collection of your order from Dar to wherever you are.
Using the product for business or Personal purposes:
We believe that our products are of high quality. Care has been taken to select only high-quality products from reputable Brands & Designers. We will not be responsible for the misuse of our products.
Whether products have been used for personal or business purposes, UK-TZ.com does not, by law, guarantee the product quality or performance, but we will do our best to resolve any issues you have with the product and we will involve the manufacturer to deal with the failure of their products.
Returning goods to us:
Returns are accepted for an exchange or a refund. We are not in a position to re-sale the things that have been returned, which means all returns must be sent at the customer's cost back to the UK. Please use a reliable and trackable service for your return. Our shipping company can return items back to the UK for Tshs 48,000 per 1kg. To arrange this, please contact 065 897 85 89, and we will be happy to help. Returned items must be unused with original packaging with all tags still attached. You must contact us to inform us of your return.
Once your return has been received in the UK, we will refund the money you paid for the items bought - less delivery charges. You will receive your payment using the same method by which you paid for them.
FOR HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGIENE REASONS UNDERWEAR, COSMETICS & PIECES OF JEWELLERY, MATTRESSES & FABRIC FURNITURE CAN NOT BE RETURNED. THERE IS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS.
